The COVID-19 lockdown has created many contrasts in everyone's life, including the existence of new healthy habits; new learning procedures; the use of resources to learn, teach, work and communicate; the development of new or hidden skills; and the learning that time goes fast and sometimes the focus of the attention is placed in other things instead of the ones that matter.
